Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in home and facilities.
We have open positions for full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistant -(CNA) that are responsible to provide direct nursing to patients such as personal care, transfers, changing briefs, bed bound clients, and any other care in accordance with the client’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your Care Managers.
What We Offer:
Weekly Pay
Paid Orientation- 4 hours
Flexible Hours-- MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!! Shifts vary from 3-24 hours (AM,PM,NOC)
Full Time or Part Time hours available
Sick Pay
Health (including Kaiser, Blue Shield and Mediexcel), Life, and Dental Insurance after 3 months
On-the-Job Training is available from our Care Managers, including Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
HOURLY PAY RATES FOR CNA (active) and COVID-19 fully vaccinated:
Home: $20.00 - $23.00
Facility Pay Rate: - $20.00 - $24.00
On Call/StandBy (travel required) plus 100% mileage reimbursement:
Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Companionship, Hospice, Sitter Service, Housekeeping, Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), Stroke, Post Surgery, Respite Care, Incontinence Care, Medication Reminders, Bathing, Fall Prevention,
Our clients are located all over San Diego including but not limited to the following locations:
San Ysidro, National City, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Lakeside, Santee, Alpine, Ramona, Mira Mesa, Mission Valley, Clairemont, La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Poway, Escondido, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Fallbrook

- BONUSES
- $200 NEW HIRE BONUS For those who are fully vaccinated, already HCA registered (active), and have recent Negative TB test documentation (prior to attending the New Hire Session). Bonus payout after the 1 shift is completed within 30 days of active work.
- North County Inland - $22
- North County Coastal - $23
- Up to $700
- $500 Refer A Friend program- Once you work your first shifts you can refer a friend (new to CCP) and receive $500 upon their 30 days of active work.
- East County - $21
