Responsible for the strategic planning and business development activities of UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center, including market assessments, clinical program development and new initiatives, physician alignment, and regional growth strategies.


Qualifications


Education and Experience


  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Concentration in health care preferred.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, public presentation, and project management skills.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with five (5) years in a management role in health system or hospital industry required.
