Director Of Sourcing & Production - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Director of Sourcing and Production to join our team. As the Director of Sourcing and Production, you will be responsible for driving the manufacturing and production strategy of our brand. You will work closely with our global manufacturers and executive leadership to build a best-in-class global sourcing organization that is a competitive advantage for us.

As the Director of Sourcing and Production, you will be a key player in helping us to expand our supply base to support our growth goals. You will develop deep relationships with factories and lead negotiations to ensure that we are getting the best value for our products. You will also work closely with our product development, merchandising, and supply chain teams to develop and maintain our product roadmap.
To be successful in this role, you will need 7-10 years of experience in production or sourcing in the apparel or soft goods category, with prior intimates experience a must. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus, as is experience working with overseas vendors. You should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building lean, strong organizations. You should also be an excellent multi-tasker who can successfully deliver multiple objectives simultaneously.
