JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role is to manage a team that will find and grow existing clients for Cruise & Tour. Day-to-day, this means your work will include:

  • Actively add to the pipeline through prospecting and closing sales
  • Hire, train and motivate a team to increase sales and customer service with current and new clients.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs and objectives through drafting detailed and accurate sales reports for management and the sales team
  • Design and implement sales plans, sales training, and strategic plans to reach targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • A minimum of five years’ leadership experience in a similar role
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

LOCATION:

  • Remote with occasional in-person requirements or Dover, New Hampshire Office
