Director of Quality Assurance

What You'll be Doing
Have a passion to lead and mentor? Looking to be a voice for the customer and your organizational team in all aspects? You'll provide functional guidance and oversight support to your teams in the successful delivery of quality plans, client requirements, functional goals, and organizational objectives. As a leader, you'll guide the way as you help shape tactical strategies, orchestrate and manage change, address functional roadblocks and effectively prioritize deliverables to deliver the desired results and outcomes. You're an instrumental part in creating a positive, collaborative work environment for your team to flourish within.

You'll report to the Executive Director, Quality Assurance. You'll contribute to the success of the business and your organizational team(s) as you lead the way in the support and execution of the overall quality practice to create a positive delivery experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Serve as the primary quality leadership point of contact at the portfolio(s) level
  • Build and deliver executive level and/or external client facing presentations
  • Facilitates and maintain internal and client relations in respect to the Quality Assurance department.
  • Conduct data analysis, review performance trends and gather insights to identify opportunities to support the design and integration of improvements to the quality practice
  • Support effective management of the QA process and related continuous improvements
  • Ensure all quality requirements are met, internal and/or client projects are on schedule, within quality budget and compliance with defined client, contractual or internal guidelines.
  • Be responsible to ensure the successful recruitment, development, and performance management of your functional team(s) to encourage, motivate and improve individual and overall team service delivery
  • Drive collaboration and strategy to the internal quality process for partners and customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the Role
  • 12+ years of quality assurance experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse global teams
  • Possess strong negotiating capabilities to help build partnerships; with the ability to effectively bring staff and key influencers together to work in concert to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Financial acumen with experience managing own budget
  • Experience in a customer service environment or related position

Compensation and Benefits
  • The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $115,000-$130-000 USD.
