Job Description

This Job is for You if:

  • Are able to work onsite in Winston Salem, NC and travel frequently to auxiliary site in MO
  • You enjoy planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Your Quality Management experience in food manufacturing environments equips you to ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • You excel in evaluating and improving the performance of the production process and the quality of products

Qualifications, partial list:

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with quality management systems (SQF, ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality-related software including Microsoft Office.
