Job Title: Director of Public Projects
Job Location: Chicago, IL/ Hybrid
Job Pay: $150k sayary plus substantial bonuses $250k+ OTE
Requirements: 10+ years of public construction project experience in the Chicago market
What You Will Be Doing
We are a 25+ year old, rapidly growing, real estate company that provides a wide variety of construction services in the Chicago, IL area. Our Public Projects division aims to pursue a wide variety of projects at the state and local levels of government including education (K-12 and higher ed), parks and recreation, and a wide array of other public works including community public bid projects.
As the Director of Public Projects, you will work autonomously to solicit bids, estimate projects, win bids, and manage the overall success of the division's projects.
What You Need for this Position

• 10+ years of public construction project experience in the Chicago market
• Experience soliciting public bids, estimating, and project management
