Compensation: $140,000-$160,000

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Program Management Office to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Direct and lead project management staff
• Oversees all programs and projects to ensure they are meeting organization goals and requirements
• Develop and implement PMO processes & policies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience creating and enforcing KPI’s
• 10+ years of experience management projects & teams
• Experience working between engineering teams and business units to manage OPEX & CAPEX projections
• Experience overseeing and adhering to NPD processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification
