Director Of Physical Plant And Transportation

The selected candidate will serve as the college’s chief plant operations and maintenance officer. The Director reports to the President and serves on the Administrative Council. Supervises building and utility repair, custodial services, grounds services, vehicle maintenance and all minor renovations. Develops and maintains work schedules and records for all personnel in the department. Supervises the preparation of all facilities and equipment necessary for college events.

A bachelor’s degree in business operations or related is the minimum qualification for this position. Master’s degree preferred.
