Job Description

Director of Patient Engagement- $120K+


We are seeking someone who can reimagine and reengineer the position of Director of Patient Engagement with a growing, expanding, progressive, and innovative healthcare services organization in central Texas! Improving the quality of the patient’s experience from beginning to end is critical to our success, and we hope you could be the change agent needed in this role!


First year compensation will be $120K+ plus all benefits, excellent company culture, and more!


**Must have 3+ years patient engagement/ patient relations experience

**Drive and determination to the BEST with a patient first mentality.

**Documented track record of success

**Experience implementing change and creating programs a plus
