Director Of Operations Jobs

We are representing our client, a contemporary, fast-growing fine jewelry company in their search for a Director of Operations. This is a specific brand inspired by the unique environment that New Orleans represents. As a result there is a level of commitment to the community where they do business.

-This is a fully encompassing role with Operational responsibility for the Retail team, wholesale department, marketing/events, production and inventory management and Human Resources.

-Use data driven knowledge to develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiencies and growth including inventory management, buying, quarterly stock assessments, R&D and new production processes.

-Build and manage a high performing, energetic team of professionals, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and reviewing.

-Develop and manage budgets for each department

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

5-10 years Proven track record in Operations Management preferably in the fine or luxury jewelry industry

Strong financial acumen, able to develop and manage budgets, forecasting and analysis, costing production processes and improvements

Strong leadership skills with extreme attention to detail

Creative problem solving

Overall passion for delivering exceptional service to drive growth and profitability
