The Office of the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement is currently seeking to fill the role of Director of Online Giving in order to support the mission and goals of the division, execute the online giving program, student crowdfunding initiative, and to assure a positive donor experience.
This position will support Annual Giving and will lead the strategy and execution of online fundraising including overseeing online giving pages, giving day pages, student crowdfunding pages and email software and communications. The director will work with the fundraising and communications teams, as well as outside vendors, to execute strategies that will drive fundraising engagement while enhancing the user experience. The position is also responsible for handling all Annual Giving Data Requests, including creating queries, exporting/uploading data and reporting and analysis.
The Director of Online Giving will create opportunities to strengthen the Foundation's Online Giving Programs by adding a Student Crowdfunding Program and will capitalize on the fundraising industry's continual shift to a more online focused atmosphere.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in higher education, fundraising and/or engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with different audiences. Ability to prioritize projects and requests and manage multiple priorities. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) as well as ability to learn various software and platforms used in online giving.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of total work experience in a supervisory or lead worker capacity.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business Analytics (BA) preferred or Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Information Management Systems (CMIS), or a closely related field of study.
Experience with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge (RE NXT, Financial Edge, etc.)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to translate technical language and processes to end users
