Position Information

Position Title
Director of Online Admissions

The Director will collaborate and oversee activities focused on identifying and achieving strategic enrollment priorities and processes. They are responsible for maintaining and overseeing daily operations of the CRM, Slate, specifically focusing on processes and improvements related to online program admission and enrollment. The Director is also expected to play a key role in supporting stakeholders, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement to support new and existing initiatives, and maintaining best practices in operations and service.
  • Serves as a CRM administrator supporting online programs.

  • Initiate innovative and strategic methods to increase enrollment numbers.

  • Manages admission processing for online program applicants.

  • Oversees communication management by serving as the primary contact for online program communication management in Slate and maintaining automated drop campaigns as needed.

  • Oversees operational aspects of the admission process, including but not limited to application processing, importing supporting materials, and releasing admission decisions.

  • Hires, trains, and supervises personnel within the Office of Online Admissions.

  • Supervises and coordinates the workflow for online program processing coordinator(s).

  • Supports department and division with reporting needs.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required from accredited institution.
A minimum of five years full-time equivalent progressive experience in college admissions and recruitment or closely related enrollment management profession.
Knowledge/Skill/Ability:
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret and use complex data, logical and data driven work style.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of admissions processes, recruitment techniques, and enrollment management.


Required Qualifications
