We are seeking a Director of Member Enrollment and Engagement Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that will accelerate member enrollment, utilizing a combination of content, virtual webinars, on-demand resources, email, digital, direct mail, and other channels, with a focus on relationship building and data-driven optimization.

  • Ability to prioritize and focus your efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
  • Ability to confidently consult with and lead clients.
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and lead strategic enrollment discussions with customers.

What you will do:

  • Deeply understand our members, clients (employers and health plans), and channel partners (benefit consultants and wellness platforms), and translate this into messaging and assets that clearly demonstrate our differentiation, solution benefits, services and features.
  • Define, monitor, measure and report on campaign performance and metrics.
  • Develop and manage growth and enrollment campaigns for solution membership.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end participant enrollment and engagement campaigns across multiple channels and target audiences.
  • Own Ovia’s enrollment strategies and campaign calendar.

    • Develop and manage growth and enrollment campaigns for solution membership.

    • Define, monitor, measure and report on campaign performance and metrics.

    • Deeply understand our members, clients (employers and health plans), and channel partners (benefit consultants and wellness platforms), and translate this into messaging and assets that clearly demonstrate our differentiation, solution benefits, services and features.

  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams and collaborate with Ovia’s Enterprise clients to develop thoughtful marketing strategies that attract, motivate, and engage eligible members.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to build and optimize. marketing plans for solution participant growth and engagement. Build plans in context of channel opportunities and restraints, using proven push/pull techniques such as incentives program integration.
  • Client enablement - Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans across client lifecycle

    • Develop acquisition marketing and experimentation roadmap for ongoing optimization. Bring fresh ideas and data-driven proposals to Marketing, Product and Finance for new budget, campaigns, product features, and tools to support user growth objectives. Forecast and report on expected volume and acquisition marketing plan results on a monthly basis.

  • Collaborate closely with our clients to develop and release multi-channel marketing plans that drive best in class enrollment.
  • Develop acquisition marketing and experimentation roadmap for ongoing optimization. Bring fresh ideas and data-driven proposals to Marketing, Product and Finance for new budget, campaigns, product features, and tools to support user growth objectives. Forecast and report on expected volume and acquisition marketing plan results on a monthly basis.
  • Outline strategy and plan to leverage Ovia’s Consumer channels and reach into Enrollment Campaigns.
  • Develop creative briefs for landing pages, ad copy and other creative elements needed for campaign execution, and oversee implementation and delivery of them to meet campaign goals.
  • Leverage support of marketing team members to implement bid, keyword, and targeting strategies for paid media, including but not limited to: paid search, display, and paid social
  • Develop and manage the creation of campaigns, assets, and content across a variety of channels and mediums, e.g. web landing pages, demo videos, brochures, virtual and onsite event materials, etc.
  • Continuous member engagement and client relationship innovation.

    • Be a key contributor in product release planning to create assets that resonate with clients and prospective members to drive enrollment.

    • Closely monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, in addition to performing ad-hoc analysis.

    • Partner with editorial and design teams to develop compelling assets that will drive channel and campaign performance.

    • Develop creative briefs for landing pages, ad copy and other creative elements needed for campaign execution, and oversee implementation and delivery of them to meet campaign goals.

    • Leverage support of marketing team members to implement bid, keyword, and targeting strategies for paid media, including but not limited to: paid search, display, and paid social

  • Be a key contributor in product release planning to create assets that resonate with clients and prospective members to drive enrollment.
  • Monitor and measure all campaign performance and ROI at aggregate level and partner with client success to communicate at a client level.

What we require:

  • Stellar project management and prioritization skills with mastery of the details; you’re able to manage multiple projects at any given time and enjoy putting processes in place to work more efficiently with growth and scale.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare
  • Minimum 1 year managing and mentoring junior marketers in best practices and effective execution.
  • Deep experience in and ability to effectively leverage digital marketing technologies including SaleForce.com (SFDC), SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Eloqua. Preferred experience using DemandBase or other ABM solutions.

Pay Range: $101,206 - $170,900 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
