We are seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing team and develop efficient manufacturing processes for our products. This role will also oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes, ensuring that products are produced on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing operations, implementing lean methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Director of Manufacturing will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement manufacturing goals and objectives that align with our overall business strategy. This position requires someone with exceptional leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction
- Other duties as assigned
- Lead and mentor the manufacturing team to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with supplies, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and monitor KPI's and metrics to track performance and provide insights to the executive team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques and best practices
- Develop and maintain production schedules and capacity plans to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to develop and launch new products successfully
Education and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience as a Director or VP of Manufacturing, preferably in a high-growth or complex manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Valid Driver's License
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing costs
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procedures
- Familiarity or certification in LEAN SIX SIGMA
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements
- Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, to sustain adequate visual focus over a period of time
- This is primarily a factory-based job that may require standing for extended periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Physically able to push/pull/lift/carry supplies and various works in progress of at least 35-50 pounds
- Physically able to bend/kneel/walk/stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areas
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with mandatory weekday or weekend as needed
- This position may require up to %5 travel, primarily for supplier visits, industry conferences, and other business-related events. Travel will be arranged in advance and all associated expenses will be covered by the company
