GATR Truck Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Leasing to lead our lease & rental team based out of Sauk Rapids, MN and surrounding markets. Primary Duties Will Consist Of But Not Limited To


  • Conducts sales training meetings
  • Maintains and continually presents a positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, and pride of product
  • Forecasts aggressive, yet realistic, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives
  • Provides salespeople with continuous product and training resources
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of three days per week
  • Actively participates in annual budget formation
  • Assists salespeople in establishing appropriate customer, and potential customer contact via visits and telephone
  • Effectively represents the company and its products and services in a professional manner to all potential customers
  • Develops and assists in implementing programs to increase gross profit
  • Assists salespeople in setting aggressive targets, and monitors individual productivity
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of salespeople


Qualifications


  • Driving record insurable through Company Carrier
  • Familiarity with terminology and service of medium to heavy duty vehicles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5 - 10 years of sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - preferably in Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks or Heavy Equipment
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Ability to Document and Communicate effectively
  • Great Attitude!
  • Self-assured and confident in his/her abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals through planning and execution
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly

GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer as well. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory.
