- Forecasts aggressive, yet realistic, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives
- Provides salespeople with continuous product and training resources
- Must be able to travel a minimum of three days per week
- Actively participates in annual budget formation
- Assists salespeople in establishing appropriate customer, and potential customer contact via visits and telephone

- Develops and assists in implementing programs to increase gross profit

- Driving record insurable through Company Carrier
- Familiarity with terminology and service of medium to heavy duty vehicles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5 - 10 years of sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - preferably in Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks or Heavy Equipment
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Professional personal appearance
- Proficient in CRM software
- Ability to Document and Communicate effectively
- Great Attitude!
- Self-assured and confident in his/her abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals through planning and execution
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly
