Director of Innovation and Transformation Projects

Are you an experienced business leader with a passion for innovation and creating new business units? EPIC Health is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Transformational and Innovation Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new business units and start-up businesses that align with our mission to solve health equity issues and fix the US health system by changing the way healthcare is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Work closely with the executive team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, develop business cases, and secure necessary resources to launch new initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare industry and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new business units and start-up businesses in an agile fashion, utilizing lean startup methodologies to create minimally viable prototypes.
• Develop and execute the strategy for new business units and start-up businesses, including identifying new market opportunities, assessing the competition, and creating a go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, set and achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities to optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure critical milestones are met.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take calculated risks and make quick decisions that lead to successful outcomes.
• Proven experience in creating and launching new business units and start-up businesses.
• Master's degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and information to stakeholders, team members, and customers.
• Business acumen, with a solid understanding of finance, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Creativity and innovation, with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas that set new business units and start-up businesses apart from the competition.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
