Director Of Information Technology

Dedicated Information Director with 25 years combined Director, Managerial, Consulting, and contracting experience in the financial and intelligence arenas. Responsible for the transition and migration of corporate in-house hardware and data into the cloud. Played pivotal lead role in creation of a new security coordination center used by all 17 Intelligence agencies. Lead budget management and cost reduction initiatives aimed in advancing firm direction to increase revenues.

Responsibilities

Solely responsible for end to end business and information technology operations for 70+ person firm including 8 partners, firm clients, and our business partners

Overseeing of day to day technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals• Devising, creating, establishing, and deploying IT policies, applications and systems to support initiatives set by upper management for continued growth

Analyzing the business requirements to assist partners in determining their technology needs• Responsible for managing vendor relationships, purchasing, and expenditures

Provide all support, repair, purchasing, and replacement of all in-house equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

Coordinate with cloud infrastructure, cloud management, company personnel, clients, and business partners to maintain data consistency and hybrid environment functionality• Develop, build, and advance relationships potential clients increasing revenues
