Title: Director of Field Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: New York City, New York
Availability: Monday - Friday, evening/weekend flexibility required
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

We are revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare and we need a Director of Field Operations to join us.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain a culture of trust and teamwork with the entire operational team
  • Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations when applicable, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel with a goal of developing a team-oriented approach with positive results
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism in both appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Demonstrate a high degree of familiarity and compliance with all internal and customer policies and procedures related to daily operations
  • Oversee the Mobile Health P & L
  • Collaborate with the company’s departments to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Review data, reports and statistical information, analyze trends and render recommendations
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
  • Serve as a liaison between the field operations and corporate
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the service area, current services, and contracted facilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for members of the operational team
  • Oversee Field Operations Managers and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications:
  • Active valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or appropriate field of study or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of five years medical operations experience
  • Minimum of five years in general supervisory experience
