Job Summary


This position participates in, influences, drives, oversees, and approves the development and implementation of quality technical solutions. He/She provides full systems life cycle management leadership to ensure project alignment with business strategies and needs. This position oversees and drives component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing of applications development initiatives to meet business requirements and to ensure compliance. He/She provides strategic management of and contributes to applications development project plans and integrations and emerging technologies’ impact on the organization. This position manages resource allocations to ensure full accountability for decisions influencing the success of project deliverables, deadlines, and budgets.


Responsibilities:


  • Defines, advises, and influences use of emerging technologies
  • Leads and develops staff
  • Influences and directs I.S. strategy and governance
  • Oversees system analysis and design, maintenance and support, departmental budget, and program and project management.
  • Influences and champions information security and business continuity


Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related area - Preferred
  • Experience leading RFP selection and contracting processes for technology solutions and partners
  • Master's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area
  • Bachelor’s degree or International equivalent
  • Experience managing and leading HR, Financials, or Procurement IT projects/initiatives
  • Experienced Project Manager for large scale technology initiatives
  • Experience managing development projects
  • Experience participating in application development projects as an individual contributor
