- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (unless exempted)
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (required)
- Fully staffed with 75 FTEs across all 3 locations
- Reports to CNO
- 3 managers (1 for each FSED, 1 for main ED)
- Recent manager vacancy with coverage in place
- Strong physician and employee engagement
- 25 nurse openings across all 3 locations
- Patient experience improvement is a focus area
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable but not advertised
- Salary range: $96K - $126K
