As the Director of Education, you'll be orchestrating a symphony of learning that resonates across our franchise network. We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong background in various teaching methods. This individual will utilize research-backed best practices to craft impactful training modules for both of our brands and deliver them across our franchise network.

What you will be doing?

Design and Develop Training Programs:

• Develop a structured training curriculum that aligns with the franchisees' lifecycle and business objectives.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions through various mediums, including in-person, webinars, and online modules.
• Embrace training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and levels of experience within the franchisee community to maximize knowledge retention.

Performance Evaluation:

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
• Identify training gaps and opportunities through collaboration with other departments to address franchisees' educational needs and align training with broader company goals.

Franchisee Support:

• Serve as a resource and point of contact for franchisees seeking guidance on operational challenges and best practices.

Stay Current:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and educational technologies to enhance training methods.

What We’re Looking For?

• Strategic Mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective training strategies
• 3+ years of experience in creating and delivering learning and training programs
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for breathing life into classrooms
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
