Director Of Corporate Giving

St. Mary's Food Bank is currently seeking a Director of Corporate Giving. This position will lead our Corporate Giving program by working closely with the Chief Development Officer and the Director of Development. The position will develop and execute a plan for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of more than 2,000 organization donors to generate and continue lasting partnerships and annual operating revenue.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design and implement stewardship plan for organization donors.
• Design, implement and manage proactive plan focused on expanding and enhancing corporate relationships and donations.
• Keep excellent records of donor and prospect interactions in database to ensure accurate history and reporting.
• Stay informed of all St. Mary’s programs and initiatives to enhance donor communications.
• Maintain an active schedule of interactions with organizations’ representatives, creating moves management plans through donor communications.
• Oversee staff and ensure best practices and processes for promoting and managing food and fund drives, workplace giving, cause marketing, external events, third party platforms, and matching gifts programs.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit organizations interested in supporting St. Mary’s Food Bank’s mission and programs.

Qualifications:

• Stewardship and relationship management skills with meticulous follow-through and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Public speaking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of senior-level experience within a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Previous management experience of both personnel and programs.
• Knowledge of fundraising and stewardship practices.
