S3 Inc . is looking for a Director of Administration to join the management team at our corporate HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Must be flexible for occasional travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Description

The Director of Administration will report to the CEO as a member of the Corporate Business Leadership Team, joining the CFO and the Director of Contracts and will collaborate with corporate technical leadership, VPs of Business Units, and GMs of Subsidiaries to conduct corporate level strategic planning to support and further corporate goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the requirements of Corporate Administration of multiple companies, departments, and annual operating budgets to achieve the objectives.

• Demonstrate a proven track record in process development and implementation.
• Manage, with a team of department managers, over personnel, benefits, IT, security, recruiting, facilities, and training, in an environment supporting 800 employees who are 70% veterans located in multiple states and countries, CONUS and OCONUS.
• The corporate culture is customer focused and growth oriented, fast paced, team supported, and quality controlled.
• Conduct successful audit interviews with OFCCP, DCAA, DSS, EEO, DOL, GSA and other federal audit agencies in review of products developed in accordance with formalized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree and 15 years of administrative experience, 4 of which have been at the director level or above.
• Experience leading audit reviews with OFCCP, DOL, GSA and other Federal agencies.
• Active security clearance or the ability to get a clearance. • 5 years of experience managing multi-function teams operating in an AS9100/ISO 9000 environment.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint as the centralized database for HR data is preferred.
• 4 years of experience as the director of a workforce that is deployed to countries outside of the US.
• 4 years of experience with the Service Contract Act and/or CBA contracts.
