The MSP Program Director will drive high level strategy and solutions for a large contingent workforce program; responsibilities include high level client relationship management, business development in the program, operations management, staff management and supplier management.
* This is a hybrid position - candidates must reside in the greater PA area for a remote / onsite role.
Position Summary:
This role is responsible to drive profitable growth for a large managed services program, provide operational direction and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPIs; management of P&Ls; client relationships, account management and team management; account growth and identification of additional service offerings within the account; sales assistance with closing new account business.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and effectively communicate quarterly sales strategy and tactical operations plans to drive profitable growth and retention of current book of business. Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of sales efforts against activity targets.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams within existing client
- Ensure efficient operations and contract compliance to achieve operational measurements and cost reduction objectives. Resolve operational challenges that impact the effectiveness of the account and satisfy audit requirements to protect customers and company assets
- Lead and develop onsite account management teams to optimize service delivery to clients and produce measurable and cost effective results that align directly with client's business drivers
- Manage and support the implementation and development of new onsite accounts
- Establish and communicate business plans with VP to define and drive strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and grow strategic client partnership; regularly meeting and interacting with client to understand their business, strategic direction, processes and policies to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance agreements
- Achieve budget profitability and allocate resources accordingly to yield the best ROI; responsible for full P&L management of multiple large onsite accounts
- Implement innovative strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels
Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience from the staffing industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Masters degree a plus
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex client situations
- Ability to effectively analyze client's needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
- Large client management experience
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Direct staff management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Strong business acumen, superior judgement and decision making skills
