What Theyre Looking For

Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Master's preferred.

Current RN license

5 years of Med Surg experience and 3 years of Med Surg management required.

Will need to have or obtain prior to starting BLS and ACLS.

Hours And Compensation Potential

The position is day shift.

The range is between $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience.

The facility offers a full benefit package including sign-on/relo.

What Youll Be Doing

The Director manages the overall operations of the Med Surg Units.

This position directs the staff and programs of Med Surg, develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for services, ensures quality of care for patients, the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff.

Collaborates with the Manager/Director on issues, supervises, directs, coaches, and mentors staff while ensuring quality of care.

Department consists of two units with 22 beds in each and person will supervise around 90 FTE's.
