You are a servant leader with experience in revolutionizing the way organizations use business software solutions. Join us as our next visionary Business Software Solutions Director at EMF, the nonprofit organization behind K-LOVE, Air1, WTA, and AccessMore. You'll be at the helm of a talented team, leading the charge in selecting, architecting, implementing, building, and integrating custom and SaaS Business Software Solutions.

Your work will directly impact our core business operations and contribute to our mission of drawing people closer to Christ through our multi-platform media endeavors. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of software and support across various vital functions, such as donors and pledge drives, donations and payment processing, e-commerce and call center operations, and much more.

A little More About the Job :

• Ensure tools are in place to provide critical operational and actionable recommendations on both strategic and operational constraints.
• Encourage change, evolution, and act as an influential partner for our business areas (Strategic Management Group, Data Services, Donor Engagement, and other departments).
• Ensure continuous ministry-wide satisfaction with Salesforce technology performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on operational analysis, research, projections, cost identification, allocation, and resource analysis.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of software and support used for core business operations.
• Lead administration and development of strategic planning and implementation for technology.
• Leadership, mentoring, and developing a highly competent and responsive team.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of software and support used for donors, pledge drive and campaigns, donations and payment processing, reconciliations and budgeting, e-commerce and call center, mailings and emails, events sign-up, prayer requests, and operational and fraud reporting.

Must Haves:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the implementation of Enterprise-wide projects with Salesforce exp. preferred.
• 7-10 years exp. in implementation of IT applications with knowledge in software integrations, implementation of business technology solutions, and agile software development methodologies.
• 7 years exp. of systems development knowledge of the system development life cycle; design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.

Should Haves:

• Knowledge and understanding of existing applications, coding languages, and data management tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Depth in data modeling and database design with SQL development.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations in a complex client environment.

This position is located at our Franklin TN location on-site
