Position Overview


Responsible for the promotion and sale of residential internet, video, and voice products within an assigned territory. Follow up on all lead generation, as well as have the ability to utilize tools to hunt in a territory. Candidate will develop a foundational knowledge of Astound Broadband’s residential products and services and be able to position and offer these services within their assigned territory.

The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Achieve a monthly sales quota for obtaining new business in assigned territories in a residential market.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Make both in-home and telephone presentations to residential customers for Internet, Video, and Phone services and bundles.
  • Attend mandatory sales meetings; report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
  • Events to cultivate personal sales leads.
  • Acquire new residential customers
  • Utilize door-to-door knocking and cold calling techniques, distribute marketing materials, and participate in Special Sales


Our Astounding Candidate Will Possess


  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team orientation, customer service-minded, and flexibility are a must.
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Previous selling experience is preferred but we will train if you are willing to learn and work for a great company.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, relationship building, presentation and influence skills are essential.


Required Education And/or Certificates/Credentials


  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Travel in the greater Boston area and reliable transportation required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
