Digital Transformation Consultant, Junior

Key Role:

Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform, in a low-code and no-code app ecosystem. Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down tedious tasks and free up operations experts to enhance the capacity of partner nations to exercise responsible civilian control of foreign national security forces. Gain experience using product ownership, agile development, and UX design on a low-code and no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation consultants to deploy multiple applications with a common backend.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
• Experience working with and managing datasets
• 1+ years of experience working on teams using Lean UX, Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end SharePoint site development
• Experience using artificial intelligence or machine learning for text and video analytics
• Secret clearance
• Experience working with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with the DoD
• ICAgile Certification
• Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
