(Formerly GGMM) we recently rebranded to Story Mark Studios and built out a new content studio and office space in the heart of Walker’s Point that officially opened in May. Along with providing storytelling, content creation and ongoing marketing services to clients we also host and produce our award winning Milwaukee Uncut Podcast that features compelling stories from Milwaukee’s legends to up-and-coming game changers. Recent guests have included Mayor Johnson, Steve Novak and Tommy G.

Our past and current marketing clients have included larger brands including Leinenkugel’s, Johnson Financial, Trek Bicycle and Marquette University as well as a wide range of mid-sized businesses located in the Milwaukee area.

Description

Responsibilities of the Digital Strategist include:

• Function as project manager for campaigns, websites, and design-related projects
• Structure and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various marketing platforms that meet the client's objectives and goals
• Serve as the primary client account manager and strategist for 4+ client accounts; this also includes managing internal team members
• Create high-level and ongoing strategies for client’s digital marketing presence, including ad campaigns, social media management, email marketing, and beyond
• Assist with daily content creation and account monitoring and optimization on behalf of clients
• Prepare and present analytics reports to clients

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present in front of clients
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional sense of visual and conceptual creativity
• Keen sense of leadership and people skills
• Ability to identify and solve client-related issues in a timely manner
• Team player who works well with others in a fast-paced creative environment
• Must have experience in the following areas: digital marketing, social media, email marketing, project management
