Job Summary


As a Digital Performance Analyst, your role will be critical in monitoring the health and performance of Point32Health’s digital properties and initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Customer Experience, Digital Product and Design, this role is responsible for the creation and management of reports, scorecards, dashboards and analytic tools for a variety of divisional, departmental, and organizational priorities, including communication to senior leaders and other key stakeholders. This role will also support analysis of business cases for validation of projected costs, benefits, and impacts, and take on special projects as needed (e.g., ad hoc analysis, etc.).


Key Responsibilities/Duties – What You Will Be Doing


  • In conjunction with various corporate data teams, oversee validation exercises to ensure data integrity and quality, to ensure alignment on KPIs, cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and benefits/ROI realization. Resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Employ statistical methods and data science to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to derive deeper insight as it relates to digital property and user experience improvements.
  • Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations for organizational reporting and strategy formation.
  • Establish and continually evolve the analytical standards for reporting on digital initiatives - considering platforms, standards, and toolsets required to not only meet current analytic practices but also seek out evolving analytic solutions.
  • Responsible for accessing, validating, and querying data from data repositories using available tools. Sources of data include, but are not limited to, marketing, digital channel, digital product, clinical, operational, financial, and claims data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of core business platforms and processes and to identify and capture data and analytical requirements with the goal of setting strategy for improvement and driving change with data.
  • Provide recommendations to leaders on the reporting requirements necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Communicate and present complex and multi-part analyses to senior leaders, large forums, and executive committees.


Qualifications – What You Need To Perform The Job


Education, Certification and Licensure


  • Bachelor’s degree required.


Experience


  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization preferred.
  • 5-7 years of related work experience with data collection, management, and analysis, as well as business intelligence and data visualization.
  • Experience presenting to audiences with varying levels of analytical skills


Skill Requirements


  • Ability to effectively manage analytic projects in all stages from inspiration and planning to insights and recommendations, as well as ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a statistical programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, or R)
  • Strong aptitude for influencing others at various organizational levels to adopt new ideas, approaches, and/or solutions
  • Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills, drive for results, and demonstrated ability to drive impact and excellence.
  • Proven ability to be a consistent contributor or leader of multiple projects or processes, including balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skill set with an ability to interpret and apply statistical techniques, and effectively communicate the methods and findings to non-statistician team members and audiences.
  • Ability to make decisions that are guided by general instructions and practices requiring some interpretation.
  • Possess a high level of initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently
