Position: Digital Marketing Strategist


Work Schedule: Remote work schedule. *Must be in driving distance to Sedalia, MO


Location: Greater Kansas City Metro Area

Salary: $65-75k DOE + Benefits + Additional Perks!


A Digital Marketing/Media Strategist role is now available through The Keller Group in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be within a couple of hours' driving distance to Sedalia, MO to attend on-site meetings and events as needed. Our client is experiencing growth and is looking for a Digital Marketing/Media Strategist to build, execute and maintain campaigns across web, email, social and paid media.


  • Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, account service, etc.) to effectively manage and execute the development of digital marketing projects from assets and web properties to fully integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee the digital media practice, resources, and vendors to ensure excellence in execution and maximum ROAS.
  • Manage paid and organic digital media campaigns across digital channels.
  • Analyze metrics throughout the funnel to identify the source of under-performance and make changes accordingly.
  • Support on integrated campaigns across paid media, advertising, social, web, email, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Execute comprehensive media programs that utilize a variety of channels including programmatic, social, PPC/SEM, OTT, etc.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to drive strategy and vision for digital marketing (display, search, social, native, video, email, etc.)
  • Develop full-funnel digital marketing solutions and media strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
  • Keep up with media buying and planning trends and technology.
  • Hands-on strategy and execution of media planning, buying, implementation, reporting, budgeting, and optimization. Ability to present data, analytics, and conclusions. Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, etc.


Requirements


  • Experience managing integrated campaigns – including marketing automation.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing/media experience – focus on digital media, including SEM and SEO
  • Experience using native paid social campaign management technology (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Proficiency utilizing Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Analytical thinking skills – uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
  • Ability to commute up to 2 hours to attend client meetings, staff meetings/events, etc. (Remote flex role, but will need to travel at least once a month to work on-site in Sedalia, MO)
  • Hands-On experience running and reporting on digital marketing programs.
  • Qualified applicants should possess the ability to independently develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and growth of client’s marketing programs.
