Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the brand’s digital marketing activities in coordination with the Digital Marketing Director for the Americas region.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Digital Marketing:

  • Liaise with appropriate agencies to provide needed assets, links, tracking codes, etc., and ensure campaigns are on schedule and within budget
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Director and in coordination with the global newsletter calendar, develop and execute local emails and timelines that support local marketing strategy
  • Execute end-to-end email campaigns, in collaboration with our agency. From design to testing, deploying, and pulling reports
  • Coordinate and publish the content calendar for Facebook US page
  • Provide support to Digital Marketing Director and Marketing team on additional/other initiatives and projects as needed
  • In coordination with Digital Marketing Director build and execute the Digital Marketing brand strategy
  • Support the execution of any paid brand sponsorship digital campaigns
  • Create and monitor digital campaigns in support of local events (Social guidelines, hashtags, onsite content creation)
  • Overlook Search Engine Advertising (SEA) activities in the US in collaboration with the Global SEA agency
  • Work with the creative team on the development and delivery of needed campaign materials; ensuring copy and creatives are consistent in brand look, feel, & voice
  • Provide final recap and reporting of activity

Wholesale Digital Marketing

  • Digital advertising content
  • Provide artwork for all COOP Digital advertising in the region in compliance with the brand’s guidelines
  • Analyze coop digital marketing campaign report and submit invoices for COOP reimbursement
  • In coordination with Digital Marketing Director, the Marketing team and sales managers work with retailers on COOP Digital Marketing strategy and plan
  • Update online web assortments
  • Create an organic posting calendar, in coordination with GVA
  • Newsletters / eCards
  • In coordination with Marketing, work on 360 campaigns & activations for product launches, holidays, etc.
  • Final recap of activity/launch
  • Provide assets & monitor monthly Social Media accounts
  • Update online banners & Brand promotion
  • Social media content
  • Ensure Brand guidelines are being always respected (eCommerce, Brand visibility, assortments, etc.)
  • Ensure that retailer’s websites are optimized

Customer relations (CRM):

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail teams to develop content and improve the customer experience
  • Assist in developing CRM marketing campaigns to engage new and existing customers through email, direct mail, and SMS
  • Use CRM systems to collect, analyze, and report on customer data

Budgets, Reports & Presentations:

  • Assist Digital Marketing Director with presentations (monthly & yearly presentations)
  • In coordination with the Marketing Department help in the upkeep of all Digital marketing expenses
  • Reporting and analysis: Ensure tracking and reporting on all digital campaigns and social media efforts are delivered on schedule; manage post-campaign report creation

· Provide budgetary support including billing, coding of invoices, reconciliation, and tracking

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

  • The noise level in the office is moderate
  • Requires working in a normal business office environment
  • Able to travel throughout the Americas if needed (20%)
  • Flexibility to be able to work off-hours and weekends as it relates to events

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

  • Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing

EXPERIENCE:

  • Photoshop programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST
  • Experience working with digital/media analytics platforms and/or platform data (e.g. Email Marketing Platforms, Meta, linkedIn Google, etc.).
  • Previous experience in luxury products
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing
