Digital Imaging Specialist--Part-Time Jobs

THE ROLE: Part Time Digital Imaging Specialist
We are looking for a part-time Digital Imaging Specialist to work onsite at our Studio in Shepherdsville, KY approximately 16-20hrs a week. This person would need to be comfortable in Adobe Photoshop to handle touching up images. We follow an established guideline for image quality and crop to maintain the appearance on both the Rue Lala and Gilt sites.

What You'll Do

• Use of scripts, actions and other automation. 
• General retouch of product and model images (remove dust/scratches, props, wrinkles, etc.)
• Management of file movement and proper storage of final images. 
• Handle a high volume of image retouching
• Learn new processes and work through them quickly while maintaining a quality workflow
• Work in a Mac environment
• Learn RGG standards in order to maintain consistency across our sites..    
• Maintain an established file organization scheme

• Expertise in the following Photoshop techniques is important:
• Image manipulation using adjustment layers with layer masks
• Must have a strong visual awareness
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Image retouching using Healing Brush and Clone Stamp tools
• Using Actions, Batches and Scripts to automate Photoshop
• Must have responsive and professional communication
