Summary : To provide data and administrative support for Oasis Center, with a specific focus on Crisis to Housing programs. This role includes a primary responsibility for data entry and ensuring program data quality. In addition, this position provides support with ongoing management of Oasis Center's internal database, Salesforce. Salary Range : $20 an hour up to 20 hours per week Essential Functions : Maintain and track accurate, consistent, and timely electronic and paper records. Establish processes to meet data quality standards. Assist in data analysis efforts. Report and troubleshoot data submission errors and data error issues. Perform data preparation procedures including data cleaning, standardization, and analysis. Understand and ensure agency confidentiality procedures. Input participant enrollment and program data into multiple databases. Requirements : Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with cloud base services such as Microsoft 365 and Dropbox. Proficient in or ability to gain proficiency in HMIS and Salesforce Experience with database development and/or database management. Strong data analysis competencies. Bachelor's degree of three years relevant experience.
