Responsibilities

• Should be comfortable working with elderly
• Transporting patients and clients in a safe and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and the ablity to receive and perform additional duties/instructions
• Transport residents/patients to dialysis center and ensure "MOLST " comm nication book forms are completed
• Work under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse
• Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
• Stock supplies daily and help with inventory
• Assist with lab labeling
• Good Communication skills with the ability to be a team player
• Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift

Qualifications

• Current CPR
• Certified GNA If Applicable
