Devops Engineer Jobs

Summary:

Moodys Northwest Consulting is looking for a DevOps Engineer. Our client is a highly established organization with an immediate need for this engineer to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and ensuring its reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including IAM policies, encryption, network security, and compliance.
• Configure and maintain CDN services for optimized content delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Systems/Network on AWS
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment, and automation processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and Terraform
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty are a plus.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• In depth knowledge on AWS EKS, Ansible with proven ability to work on biweekly sprints with distributed team across the globe.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages such as java and Node.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure design and management
• Experience in application architecture, EKS, Security, and CDN
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, and CloudFormation
