Located in the heart of Cherry Creek, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing development and construction team. We are a multifamily and commercial development company that is always looking for innovative and sustainable ways to build. What You Will Be Doing
You will be developing relationships with investors, contractors, and future clients. You will also help identify prime development markets for future commercial construction and management. You will work with the current development analysts to ensure ongoing projects and future projects have a clear path of growth.
What You Need for this Position

• Experience in large multifamily/hospitality/restaurants is a plus!
• 3+ years in Commercial Construction
• Experience in Project Management or Construction Management a plus
