Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist in Elko, NV. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for performing technical support, troubleshooting, and printer support for desktop computers.


Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
