Role: End User Computing / Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Zuni, Denver, Colorado
Start Date: Immediate
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A certificate or diploma from a technical college is a typical minimumrequirement, but associate's and bachelor'sdegreesboth exist in computer-related majors as well. Good communicationskillsare essential forthis role.

Certification: HP Certification for Desktop Support Repairs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Public Cloud Computing & Networking (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) or like environment
- Experience troubleshooting remote access tools (VPN) and general connectivity (LAN/WAN) issues
- Support Asset Management and Imaging team for completing the deliverables.
- Experience with Video Conferencing Solutions (Skype, WebEx etc.) or like environment
- Experience with Hype converged Infrastructure (Nutanix, VMware, etc.) or like environment
- Experience with MAC & Windows Server infrastructure & roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, CA, etc.)
- Follow Incident and Service Request process and other work processes as provided by Operations Manager.
- Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop & Linux operating systems, etc.
- Should be HP Certified and understand ITIL processes including Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment and working on Incident Management.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix, HP Thin Client, etc.) or like environment
- Responsible for Depot services which includes but not limited to Shipping, Build, receiving of shipment, packing tasks.
- Minimum of 2-5 years Hands on experience in the EUC and specially with L2 services, with very strong windows knowledge and hands on and understanding of the Windows 10 / 7 OS and general Virtual Desktop Knowledge.
- Utilize remote tools, as provided and trained by customer, when feasible.
- Technical Professional certifications including or from any of the following: ITIL, SANS, MSFT, CISCO, VMware are a plus
- Coordinate OEMs such as Dell, HP for repairs as trained and defined by TechM.
- Experience with SharePoint Administration or like environment
- Prefer experienced working with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools and should understand the best practice of recording all customer transactions in incident / Request ticket worklogs.
- Experience with Exchange & 3rd party email protection or like environment
- Experience with Office365 Enterprise licensing and subscriptions or like environment
- Provides support as trained, defined, instructed and managed by Ops Manager.
