Job Description

Our Team is GROWING!!! If you love art and are inspired by the power of art, look no further! This is an amazing opportunity to join a small but mighty team of designers!! We are an art manufacturing and design firm. We curate artwork in facilities across the country and beyond! Our projects range anywhere from as small as 2 to 1000 works of art for all different industries at any given time. Our job is to make art attainable for all, while reminding communities that ART MATTERS!!!


This role is both design and sales, as YOU will be responsible for pitching and selling your curations and designs to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Edit, crop, and color-correct images.
  • Select images and artwork from various vendors and artists
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and company best practices.
  • Last but not least: HAVE FUN!!!! What we do is bring artwork to communities. And we have a GREAT TIME while we do it!
  • Oversee and manage projects from beginning to end; ensure they meet key deadlines and align with the client’s vision for the facility
  • Assemble and format artwork selections into comprehensive design presentations/proposals
  • Revise designs based on feedback from both internal leadership, as well as clients
  • Perform image, substrate, frame, and glass selections for the artwork
  • Collaborate and effectively utilize available resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on-budget
  • Travel to attend client meetings/presentations or site walkthroughs when necessary (All travel expenses including flight, car rental, and hotels are paid by company. A per diem will be determined on a per-project basis prior to the travel for all meals. For non-flight travel, a company car is provided)
  • Understand and help facilitate the client's vision.
  • Create spec sheets for all edited images
  • Professionally communicate with and present designs to varied levels of clients, including C-Suite executives, architects, interior designers, contractors, etc.
  • Proactively identify potential design and functional issues, propose solutions, and work with the teams to achieve resolution.
  • Generate conceptual designs and art placement presentations for: facility remodels, expansions, new and existing businesses and industries across the United States and beyond.


Required Education, Skills, And Experience


  • The ability to read floor plans (a plus)
  • Communicate clearly and concisely; both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Strong project management capabilities desired with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Professionalism and strong attention to detail
  • Provide high level of Customer Service support by communicating effectively on an on-going basis with our customers
  • Work effectively independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Polished presentation skills and the ability to speak the language of design
  • Seeking a candidate that is looking to develop into a senior leadership role
  • Google Suite & MS office, Miro, Smartsheets,ZoHo (a plus)
  • Entry to Mid Level
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
