We are looking for a Design Studio Associate to support our Design Studio Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handles special requests related to Product Design and Development as requested by the Design Studio Manager
  • Receives in structure and color samples from manufacturer, checking in SKUs against sample orders to check for accuracy; communicates receipt and addresses/resolves any discrepancies with Manufacturer
  • Aid in maintaining organization of KREWE Studio, all boards, kits, materials and inspiration including the digital studio sampling library
  • Review and analyze weekly Development WIP reports by manufacturer, highlighting and addressing any changes with manufacturer and to internal team
  • Communicate with Planning team any and all design updates to product as directed by Design Studio Manager
  • Input and maintain shared Design Structure Sample and Color Sample tracker boards daily in MONDAYS
  • Initiate acetate slab pulls to review with Design in advance of Color Sample order date
  • Receives in PP and Color Kits from manufacturer, checking in SKUs against production orders and TD’s to check for accuracy; presents callouts to Design Studio Manager and gains approvals/changes required; documents and delivers callouts to vendors, resolving items to result approvals for bulk production (PP) and QC (Color Kits) and provide manufacturer with golden samples

  • Result driven, detail oriented individual, with an ability to work independently in a high-performance environment
  • Professional knowledge and experience in manufacturing and production control
  • 1+ years of experience in product role
