Position: Deposit Maintenance Specialist

Reports To: Operations Manager II

Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions

Job Group Category: Non-Exempt


Primary Purpose:

To perform maintenance of deposit, RM and safe box systems submitted via electronic queues.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for other areas of the department as necessary
  • Review critical reports and complete review of critical forms in 2nd level queues
  • Review forms for completeness and perform maintenance requested
  • Process returned statements and notices
  • Verify maintenance submitted is correct
  • Accurately and concisely communicate issues if a form must be rejected back to the branch
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information
  • Must be a self starter and excel at time management
  • Close attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
  • Knowledge of NetTrax recommended
  • Works cooperatively with others
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance
