Job Description
CarolinaDentist- Raeford is a fast-paced office where we have fun while taking great care of our patients and making lasting relationships with them and team members alike. We are looking for team members that are self-driven, competitive and humbly confident. Our office is focused on personal and professional growth for all team members and encourage each other towards their goals.


As a Front Office staff member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include


  • Responsible for Account Receivable to include, sending of billing statements, aging reports, and collections, if applicable.
  • Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
  • Collect all monies due for services rendered.
  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
  • Veriify insurance for all clinical appointments.
  • Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
  • Conduct financial consultation with patients when new treatment plans are presented, as applicable.
  • File insurance pre-determinations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
