Dental Clinic Supervisor Jobs

The Dental Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the dental office. Daily responsibilities include providing support to dental staff, monitoring scheduling workflows, referral processes, and dental billing cycles. The dental supervisor works collaboratively with Practice Administrator and dentists to ensure clinical operational needs are met.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3 years’ experience in a dental office

• 1 year experience in a lead or supervisory role within a medical and/or dental setting

• Strong oral and written skills

• Ability to work independently, flexible and adaptable

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• Registered Dental Assistant preferred
