Job Description
Attention all Dental Assistants, we are calling on you to partner with us to complete dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members.


We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Florida on an "as needed basis".


We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following


  • Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Provide Digital x-Rays (BW & PANO).
  • Active Dental Assistant Certification in the state (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • Must have weekend availability
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
  • Variable days - primarily on Saturday and Sunday
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Experience with sterilization
  • Provide sterilization of instruments.
  • Proficient with computer programs
  • Active Radiology Certification
  • Experience working with military - preferred
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • Experience with basic administrative functions
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)

We are seeking an On-boarding and Staffing Specialist to join our team here at DOCS Health. We are looking for a detailed oriented On-boarding and Staffing Specialist who has excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and enjoys helping candidates begin their next career adventure!

  • Gather and file all paperwork related to new hires
  • Provide assistance to new hires during their onboarding process by answering any queries about tasks, log in information, offers, and agreements.
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Preferred experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in On-boarding
  • Run employee background checks and E-Verify
  • Write employment agreements for new hires
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree Preferred in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Preferred knowledge of Human Resources practices and labor legislation
  • Build employee files and organize our filing cabinets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suit and Smartsheets
  • Communicate with new hires in regard to details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.
  • Preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) and Resume Databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Verify medical licenses and certificates during the onboarding process
  • Good organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Track new hires onboarding with our Talent Acquisition Software
