Compensation:

• Hourly, non-exempt
• New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $22.12 to $26.01 per hour
• $1,000 Sign On Bonus (subject to payback clause)
• Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $22.12 to $29.86 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours
• M-F with occasional Saturdays (includes 10% shift differential), between 7:30a-6:30pm

Job Summary

As a Dental Assistant for UCNW, you would support our dental providers in expanded-duty dentistry and maintain a positive, courteous, welcoming climate for patients and staff.

• Current Dental Assistant registration from the WA State Department of Health
• Previous DA experience
