Dental Assistant Jobs

The office is looking for a dental assistant to work on Fridays. The dental assistant works in a team environment alongside Dr. Bardell to assist in providing exceptional patient care. Preferred that applicants have graduated from assisting school, but experienced candidates without formal education will be considered. The dental assistant sets up treatment rooms, prepares patients for treatment, assists with dental procedures, and cleans up the room after treatment.

Responsibilities

-Support the delivery of exceptional dental care through preparations of the treatment room, instruments and materials, engaging with and supporting the patient, and assisting Dr. Bardell as required.

-Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and inventory.

-Help inform patients about treatment.

Qualifications

-General knowledge of dentistry.

-Dental Assisting Certificate preferred but not required.

-Ability to be flexible in accepting various assignments within the dental practice while maintaining a proactive and positive approach.

-Dependability, initiative, and promptness.
