Delivery Drivers (Part-Time & On-Call)

We are looking for part-time drivers to safely & professionally deliver fresh flowers. Deliveries are generally made between 9am-5pm, Mondays through Saturdays, with extended delivery days & times required for certain holidays. We are also always looking for on-call drivers for busy event-weekends and floral holidays. Most deliveries are made in our Andrew’s Garden vans, but on-call drivers may be asked to use their own vehicle. All drivers are paid hourly and, if using their own vehicle, we do reimburse at the IRS-set standard mileage rate.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Have a good sense of direction and can follow routing correctly
• Are professional in appearance & attitude
• Available to work weekends & floral holidays
• Possess impeccable attention to detail & customer service
• Have a current driver’s license & excellent driving record with no tickets or restrictions
• Are proficient in basic computer skills & GPS systems
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Adhere to all safety & COVID-19 mitigation procedures required by our policies
• Work with our team to ensure that fresh floral arrangements are properly photographed, wrapped, packed, loaded & transported in vehicle for delivery
• Ensure safe & timely deliveries in a manner that meets our high customer service standards
• Occasionally assist with everyday maintenance & activities in the shop which may include cleaning & conditioning of flowers
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and properly documented
