Job Location:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver for our operations in the culturally rich and economically diverse city of Chicago, Illinois. While this role does involve traveling throughout the city, it also offers you a chance to connect with the community, explore the various neighborhoods, and participate in the lively rhythm of life in Chicago.

We're in search of a responsible, reliable Delivery Driver who will commit to ensuring our customers receive their goods on time and with a smile. In this role, you'll load and unload delivery vehicles, review orders for accuracy, deliver packages to customers along your assigned route, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Deliver packages to customers along assigned routes in a timely manner.
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer, ensuring their satisfaction with our service and the condition of their goods.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before delivery.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and transport heavy items and packages.
• A clean driving record with no traffic violations.
• A professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Possession of a valid professional driver's license.
